General meetings of the OVMRC are usually held on the 3^rd Thursday of each month (with some exceptions), and for July and August (no meetings), at Canada Science and Technology Museum.

A typical General Meeting runs as follows:

• 7:30 pm Meeting begins with President’s welcome & introductions.

• 7:45 pm Featured presentation(s) or discussion topic.

• 8:45 pm Announcements.

• 8:55 pm Door prizes and 50-50 draws.

• 9:00 pm Refreshments, coffee, social hour at a local establishment.

We generally try to keep time devoted to club business to a minimum, in order to create more time for presentations and social interaction between our members.

Administrative matters are discussed at the Executive Meetings held on the fourth Thursday of each month at the museum and at the Annual General Meeting held in June of each year.
